    Total Lunar Eclipse Photos June 16, 2011

    A total lunar eclipse was scheduled early today. Actually it started around 2:00 am today and I decided to take some photos of the said event. I don’t have DSLR camera like the others but still I would like to share some photos of the total lunar eclipse. It was said that the total lunar eclipse is only visible to some parts of the world and luckily it includes the Philippines.

    Here are some of the photos of the total lunar eclipse taken using my GE X5 camera between 2:00 am – 3:30am today, June 16, 2011. I might upload the video later.

    Palawan Puerto Princesa Underground River is the only entry of the Philippines that was included in the 28 finalists in the global search for the New 7 Wonders of Nature.

    The Philippine government headed by President Benigno Aquino III appeals to the public to vote and support the massive campaign for the said underground river to be in the top seven.

    Photos Of Brown Bear Cub Named Medo Adopted By A Slovenian Family

    In central Slovenia, custody of a brown bear cub named Medo is being battled by the Slovenian animal experts and a certain Logar family who found the three-and-a-half-month old bear cub wandering around their garden four weeks ago.

    The family of Matevz Logar was said to have adopted the bear cub and would like to prepare a fenced enclosure on their land. However, Slovenian animal experts wanted to move the bear cub into a shelter for wild animals for the safety of the family who adopted it and also for the future of the animal.
